1. We own a huge 3 storey (plus cellar) Victorian House in Clevedon, North Somerset.It was a 20 bed nursing home before we bought it in 2002 and we have tried to convert the house into a family home and business. Now looking to the future, with one child having left home and the other off to University in the next few years, we have decided we want to convert the property into three very large flats (3 bedrooms each). Having looked at other local conversions we have found them all too small and none compare to the space, location and views we have here (we have views of Clevedon,the Mendips and Estuary to the rear of the house and the Estuary and Wales to the front of the house. Would we be candidates for appearing on Property Ladder? and if so how do we go about it?

2. hi really enjoy sarahs property program i have set up a property management company and get a lot of tips from watching the program i am having problems with trying to watch the program on line i have also got a port folio of 16 properties that i now rent out and would love to meet sarah and pick her brains one day many thanks willam leech

3. My Fiance and I love your show. We think Sarah is right 99% of the time. In 2009 we're going to start renovation as a career and would love the be on an Australian version of Property Ladder. have you thought about an Australian franchise of the show? cheers Steve Lambert - Sydney
