'Soundmouse' is a web-based system designed to enable broadcasters, producers and distributors to manage and deliver their music cue sheets.
Who would have access to my Soundmouse account?
Security is paramount and your account is set up for use by your production company alone. User names and passwords are allocated to production staff according to requests from production managers
How much will it cost?
Nothing - it is entirely free for suppliers of Channel 4 programmes. If required, Soundmouse trainers will travel to your production company and training lasts only 30-40 minutes.
Must I use the 'Soundmouse' system or may I deliver my music returns on the old paper cue sheet?
Music returns for Channel 4 commissioned programmes must be processed and submitted through the Soundmouse system. As Soundmouse greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of music reporting, failure to use the Soundmouse system often results in delayed production payments.

What will we need to get onto the system?
To get onto the Soundmouse system, please go to www.soundmouse.com and complete the 'New User' application page. You will receive a username and password to enable you to log in. Please ensure that the details given are those of the person who is responsible for completing the cue sheet.
Please include the C4 contract number of your commission (i.e. the programme for which the music returns are being submitted) in the notes section of the main application page.
