Acquiring and scheduling films, sitcoms, dramas and complimentary programming

It also acquires Channel Four's distinctive range of US sitcoms and dramas such as Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives, Reaper, My Name is Earl and The Simpsons. Programme Acquisition acquires programming for all the C4 channels including the main channel, as well as the digital channels, E4, More4 and FilmFour.
Programme Acquisition works with the commissioning team to help create seasons and complementary programmes to enhance events in the schedule.
