Hi, it's Miquita here from T4. This week we have Kevin Bishop from 'The Kevin Bishop Show' - he's really funny. It's really good to have him in because his new show is just about to come out on Channel 4 and it's always quite a big show. I think he's a an up-and-coming super star.

And obviously the big deal this week for me was 'Me 4 T4'. It was the final of that whole completion which has been running throughout the summer, so today we finally picked two people to come and help present with us in Miami!

It was a lot more intense than I thought it would be. The people that didn't get through were devastated and those who got through were completely delighted - so it was really nice to be able to that for someone. I think it will be really fun for them because they get a holiday to Miami. And it seems that it won't be that much work! So it'll be quite a jaunt for them.

My favourite 'Me 4 T4' challenge was when they had to have an earpiece in and be directed because I think that's the one thing people forget is very difficult. When you're presenting you have about 12 people talking in your ear and it was quite interesting to see someone else have to go through that as well.

I'm looking forward to Miami loads. I've never been before and Steve says it's amazing. So I'm quite excited actually and I think it's not really like anywhere I've ever been. So I hope I get suntanned and look great when I get back!

The T4 show I'm particular looking forward to at the moment is Rick's new show, 'Relentless', whenever that comes out it'll be great. And 'Reaper' is fantastic.

I'm not quite sure who's gonna win in 'Big Brother', but I think probably Mikey.
