Rick
Hello, I'm Rick Edwards from T4. This week we're at V Festival which is either rainy or sunny depending on which minute you pick and we've had lots of people on. We had the Kaiser Chiefs, Will Young, Duffy and the Stereophonics, all of whom and many more are playing at the festival this weekend.

But my favourite bit of this weekend was Steve Jones wandering around with a kind of a mobile barrier type cordon around him in a big square. Wherever he goes he has four security guards and a sort of exclusion zone which no one is allowed into, which is helpful as he gets mobbed everywhere he goes. Everyone shouts, "Steve, Steve, can we have a photo? Steve, can we have a photo!" Whereas people just look at me and go, "What do you do?" Which is nice...

I've not had a chance to see any bands here at V as obviously I've been working and yesterday when I could have seen some bands I had to go back to London to do my radio show. So I had to finish work, go back to London, do my radio show, come back, go to sleep, get up and go to work! So, thus far, I haven't seen any bands but I'm looking forward to seeing Kings of Leon and Young Knives, people like that.

But I'm most disappointed about missing everything on the 4Music stage – especially The Prodigy, they're awesome. I once went deaf for two days after a Prodigy concert and for me - that gets a stamp of approval.

What have I got coming up I hear you ask? Well, I'm carrying on doing my XFM show and I've got a new show called 'Relentless' that goes out on T4 in October which is quite exciting. - You can be on Relentless - find out more here

See you next time!
