Henry

29-year-old Henry is a man of many talents, describing himself as a Personal Trainer, nutritionist and lifestyle manager. He has a Premier Diploma in Training and Development, and has set up his own mobile training company.

Henry thinks that training should be fun – but accepts that it is not always easy. He prefers an honest, black and white approach to clients - telling them straight how it is and how they will get results. He is running the London Marathon this year and is also attempting to qualify for the 2004 Duathlon World Championships in Belgium.
