Episodes - Week 9
Battle of the Islands
This week’s new arrivals are 27-year-old Beau and part-time waiter and fashion student Josh. Starting their week on Tiger Island, Beau is an instant hit with fellow Essex lads Jack and Ricky and the other Tiger boys due to his choice of luxury item - a football. Equally at home on Tigers, Josh joins Carly in cheerleading while the rest of the tribe play football.
When it’s the Sharks' turn to play host to the new arrivals, they hold a haute couture show in honour of fashion student Josh. The next morning, the Sharks and Tigers go head to head in a pontoon race, with Danny beating a tiring Susan to win a solar shower for the Sharks. However, relaying the story to her tribe later that day, Susan remembers that Danny was not wearing his necklace, therefore breaking Shipwrecked rules.
At the beach party, Beau and Josh decide to live on the Tigers and the Tigers have a difficult decision to make. They eventually choose Josh, believing that he will bring a personality not already present on their island. The Sharks are punished for Danny’s rule break and are ordered to hand over the shower to the Tigers.

The Third Island
In anticipation of their expected new arrival Char and the boys do their best to make the camp look impressive while Lottie, Diva and Adelina are more concerned with their own appearances.
Out in the lagoon, unaware of the secret third island which he is fast approaching, a devastated Beau is reflecting on his short time on the other islands. As his boats makes a turn and he lands on the third island, the excited tribe ask him if he is pleased not to be going home. He has two words for them ‘HELL YES!’
Beau is not work-shy, but is amused to see Char and the boys get so enthusiastic about digging a long-drop. Knowing that Beau does not want his experience to consist of all work and no play, Diva, Lottie and Adelina approach him in the hope that he can inject some excitement into Hawk Island and initiate some evening activity.
In response Beau hosts a talent show involving the entire tribe. The night is a huge success, and later, original Hawks Nick, Char and James reflect on the much needed fun Beau has brought to their island.
