Jackie has a makeover!

Jackie is a product of her toxic habits - a combination of too much sun exposure and smoking for over 30 years. Inside, Jackie says she still feels like a flirty young woman, but the only problem is she's trapped inside the body of a 61-year-old; at least that's what the British public think. In reality she's 9 years younger, but feels her looks are holding her back. She'd like to forge ahead in her career but lacks the confidence to get noticed at work. Her social life has also ground to a halt: she used to cut the rug with the best of them, but these days the biggest night out she can hope for is a weekend away with husband Doug in their trusty camper van.

• Eradicated Jackie’s 4-colour-combo of: black roots; bottle blonde; ginger and grey; and went for a more all over neutral colour.
• To create a shinier and more expensive look, Andrew went for a more subtle palette of colours than Jackie was used to.
• More coppers, more browns and paler blondes, flattered Jackie’s skin tone, and gave her a much classier look.
• Top Tip: As people age they CAN still wear longer hair, so long as they don’t wear it flat. The hair should be lifted and have lots of volume and support at the top of the head.
