Bath's debut and fantastically well attended Taste Festival in 2007 returned in 2008. Taste of Bath hosted a number of the city's top restaurants in the glorious surrounds of The Royal Crescent.

Restaurants included Chris Horridge's Michelin starred Bath Priory, The Dower House at The Royal Crescent, Hywel Jones & the team from Lucknam Park and the Olive Tree who served up signature dishes in sample sizes and entertaining visitors over the four days.

2008's fantastic features included the Taste Kitchen where guests found their favourite chefs and food writers running fabulous demonstrations and tastings celebrating the very best of British food. Celebrating the whole of the South West, the delicious. magazine Producers' Market showcased a range of the finest local produce and hands-on cookery classes were found in the Bertinet Kitchen.
