Adopt Me is a major new campaigning series and we're looking for people who want to adopt to take part. If you are a couple, or an individual who has already registered with an adoption agency we want to hear from you.
Families taking part in the series will receive additional training and experiences tailored to their individual needs as potential adopters. In addition they will also be guided through this process by a mentor who will work to help them understand the rewards and challenges of modern day adoption.
