As Russia enters Georgia, for many Prague springs to mind

As the Czech Republic remembers Russian troops rolling in to Prague 40 years ago today, parallels might be drawn with the present situation in Georgia.
This summer's Russian invasion of Georgia has revived memories across Eastern Europe of the days of Soviet rule.
The Soviets crushed what was known as the Prague Spring; an attempt by Czech reformists to establish "socialism with a human face".
